🧰 Role Overview

We’re looking for a Real Estate Support Specialist to join our Port Hardy team and support our clients with backend setup, tech onboarding, listing coordination, and marketing support.

🛠️ Responsibilities

  • Assist real estate professionals with CRM, email automation, and file systems

  • Coordinate listings and documentation

  • Support marketing materials, templates, and social media posts

  • Track performance metrics and update client dashboards

  • Help troubleshoot tech tools (we’ll train you!)

✅ Qualifications

  • Familiar with real estate tools like Calendly, CRMs, Canva, or Google Workspace

  • Excellent communication & organization skills

  • Self-driven with strong follow-through

  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn

  • Bonus: Experience with real estate, marketing, or admin support
