How do you relax?

My relaxation method is I write I love to write Iam a writer and arthor of rewriting the story and my second book comes out this week if you follow me on my social media platforms you will see my book or go to my website www.traumatohope.com you can get it there as well as my second book will be released there as well soon you guys are in for a shocker when it comes out I love to write about my life and about my love story it means everything to me and how the health care system has treated me over the years I rather talk about it so people are aware of it then not aware of it because it should take accountability for there action and they should be fired for abuse and the malpractice and neglect and all the hurt they cause they have hurt me more times then once and nearly killed me twice so its shameful that’s Iam even in this position

I don’t sleep I get 2 hr sleep a day maybe none n that’s just how I live my everyday life that’s my everyday running day in day out lifestyle I can get comfortable I can’t relax I am in too much pain I am a medical cannabis patient and even then smoking it it don’t help me gain sleep takes some pain away not all but some but I will always suffer with this pain I have I don’t explain the full experience and extended period of what I go through because its of its own crazy battle that I deal with everyday
